He is one of the Chief Kachinas of the Second and Third Mesa. He functions as both a warrior and hunter. He has almost disappeared in some villages, but countless shrines still exist. This Kachina is intricately hand carved, replicating the authentic Hopi style. The mask displays dimensional beak and feathers on top. The wings are exquisitely detailed and attached separately. This Kachina wears an elaborate cape of red tail feathers authenticated in this wood carving. The skirt is exquisitely detailed with traditional Hopi design.
