We, at White Buffalo Collectibles, would like to make your shopping experience one that you will remember. We would like to think that you are more than a customer to us.

First, find your special piece of Native American artwork

You can do this two ways, by browsing our pages or by using the search feature. The "Products" button to the left will take you to another page where our categories are listed and this will allow you to Browse our website. Once you are in the products section clicking on the category image or title will take you to that section. If you know what you are looking for then use our SEARCH page. For example, if you are looking for a wedding vase for that special couples wedding you would type "wedding vase" to view all of the wedding vases we offer.

Shipping Charges

Our shipping charges are for US only via USPS or Fed Ex. Any other areas must contact us before ordering. The charges are per item but if you are purchasing more than 1 item use the "EMAIL" option when ordering (the "buy" button gives you 2 options to purchase, 1 via email and 1 via paypal) and we will contact you with the actual shipping cost which in most cases will be much lower. Items going to Alaska or Hawaii are based on Fed Ex rates but in some cases we can utilize the post office and reduce the shipping rates. Again, please use the "Email" option when ordering rather than "Paypal".

Layaway Policy

We have always had a "Layaway Policy" which has been used on many occasions by our customers. This is a very popular method of shopping and we enjoy giving everyone a chance to own that special piece. Once you find the item you want click "buy" button for this item and you will be taken to the checkout section. Just click on checkout, fill in the form and near the bottom is a box for "Additional information" where you need to write a short note advising us that you wish to put this item on layaway. Last step, at the bottom of the page chose "EMAIL" in the drop down box just above the red checkout button. This will send your order to us via email. Once we receive your order we will contact you and make the arrangements. We will hold your item for up to 3 months as long as you make a payment every two weeks. Once your last payment is received (and cleared the bank should it be a check) then we will ship your item to you. Should something happen which would cause you to cancel your layaway we would refund the amount you have paid minus a $10 processing fee. This is not something we have ever had to do but this small amount covers our processing costs.

The other option in this drop down box is "PAYPAL" where you can pay for your item using your credit card. If you prefer to pay for your item over the telephone using your credit card, or by mailing in the full payment then you would also use the "EMAIL" option and we will contact you.

Our Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. We contact our customers after a purchase to make sure that the item arrived safely and that you are satisfied. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will refund your money (minus the shipping cost AND a 10% restocking fee) once the item is returned to us undamaged. You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your item and return it to us in the same packaging that it arrived in. We will then issue a refund as stated above. We want all of our customers to be return shoppers and we enjoy adding you to our list of friends.

Disclaimer: Typographical Errors

In the event a White Buffalo Collectibles product is listed with an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information, White Buffalo Collectibles shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price. We shall also have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, White Buffalo Collectibles will issue a credit in the amount of the incorrect price.
